Attachment: BK

◎ The lint is too long.

Could be：

a. The backward pulling strength is not enough after the thread is fed..
b. BK12E spring is too loose.
c. The feed dog is too high to make the thread into the groove of the needle plate.
d. The position of BK10 is adjusted improperly.

◎ BK18E does not function well.

Could be：

a. GB13-1 doesn't bend well.
b. BK18E doesn't bend well.
c. The iron plate of the thread tension control set is not adjusted appropriately.

Attachment: CT. VT. DT

◎ The air suction is too weak.

Could be：

a. The plastic tube is stocked.
b. The TU dirt pocket is full of the lints.
c. There are burrs inside the air sucking tube, CT13/DT01/VT01.
d. The filter, CSA/CSB, are jammed.

◎ The thread cannot be trimmed.

Could be：

a. The angle of the trimmer is adjusted inappropriately..
b. The trimmer is worn.
c. The spring plate is fatigued.

◎ Strange noise

Could be：

a. The assembled trimmer set is not parallel with KR09.
b. The trimmer set crashes with the fabric guiding plate.
c. DT07/VT16/CT06 is rubbing against the feed dog teeth.
d. The parts are worn.

Attachment: EC

◎ There is no movement.

Could be：

a. EC35 is breakdown.
b. The electric board is malfuctioned.
c. The pin inside the receptacle is off or does not contact well and fully.
d. Incorrect connection of the power cords.
e. The fuse is dead.

◎ The trimmer is not able to bounce back.

Could be：

a. The engagement of EC02 and EC05 is not adjusted properly.
b. There is a deflection between parts EC13 and EC31.

◎ It is difficult to trim.

Could be：

a. EC02 is loose.
b. The engagement of EC02 and EC05 is not adjusted properly.
c. EC02 and EC05 are worn.

Attachment: ES. ESS

◎ The device malfunctions.

Could be：

a. ES39 ruined.
b. No chink between ES48 and needle plate.
c. PC board is bad.
d. Loosen magnet ES62 or ES60B.
e. Improper position of ES89 and ES60E-1
(over stitch inspection signal should light on).
f. The pins of socket are loose or improper contact.
g. The magnet bar of ES77 or ES85 loosened (working signal dosen't light on).
h. ES56 doesn't move properly.

◎ The stitches are not even, and skip stitches happened in overlapping.

Could be：

a. Needle plate hole is too large.
b. KU60 or ES47 is loosen.
c. Improper operation.
d. Improper adjustment of differential ratio.
e. The teeth of feed dog was worn.
f. Presser foot isn't smooth.
g. KU60 and guide plate are too low.
h. ES56 extruded too much.
i. The clearance between ES48 and trimmer is too far (caution on parallel).
j. Improper adjustment on digits of electronic box.

Attachment: GA

◎ Gathering function does not work well.

Could be：

a. Differential feed ratio is not correct adjusted.
b. KV16,KV17 are not adjusted well and pressure is not correct.
c. The height of feed dog is not enough.
d. The distance between front and back feed dogs is too large or small.
e. Clearance exists between KV09 and KV07.
f. Clearance exists between KV34 and KV03.
g. Feed dog is worn off.

Attachment: LFA

◎ Power indicative LED doesn't light on.

Adjustments：

1. Change a new fuse
2. Change the new transformer if it doesn't work.

◎ Motor does not function

Adjustments：

1. Test first whether the transformer is damaged. ( as the test method mentioned above)
2. Check whether the power cable is connected correctly. ( if it is not correct, it would not work or be damaged after a period of use)
3. Change the new pc board
4. Change the new signal. (the optical switch)

◎ The motor does not fuction, the drive motor is burned.

Adjustments：

1. Open the cover and it smells burning when you are close to the motor.
2. Change another new motor.
3. Unless using 5 - 10 years, the condenser won't be damaged easily.

◎ The motor is running due to the electrification cannot stop.

Adjustments：

1. The pc board is damaged; the transformer cannot return to the origin, which will cause the running of motor.
2. Change a new transformer or pc board.

◎ Tape feeding is not smooth.

Check：

The elastic tape is stocked or already tied up.

Adjustment：

Attach device LF-A

Check：

The pressure of FD108 and FD118 is too weak

Adjustment：

Provide proper pressure by adjusting FD120

Check：

FD118 does not rotate smoothly

Adjustment：

Check if the FD118 rubs against FD116

Check：

The open angle of FD122 is too small

Adjustment：

Adjust SM311 on FD101 or NK44 on AC02.

Check：

The presser foot width does not match the elastic tape.

Adjustment：

Adjust the presser foot width by the width of the elastic tape.

Check：

The length of the elastic tape feeding is too short.

Adjustment：

Adjust it by the front feeding of the control box.

Check：

The air pressure from the air blowing holes, 7 or 8, is too weak or too strong.

Adjust to a proper pressure.

Check：

Inside TU01 and TU02, there is jammed.

Adjustment：

Clean out the obstructions or the burrs.

The air pressure of FD150 is too weak.

Adjustment：

Adjust to the proper air pressure.

Check：

VT01S-A, the trimmer, is not sharp.

Adjustment：

Sharpen it or replace it with a new one.

Check：

The timing of air suction is not correct.

Adjustment：

Adjust the forehand/backhand air suction timing based on how practiced the operators are .

Check：

Adjustment：

Change a new one.

◎ The motion sewing is not smooth.

Check：

The trimmer is not sharp

Adjustment：

Sharpen it or change a new one.

Check：

The feeding tape is too long.

Adjustment：

Adjut the length of the feeding tape to be about 1 mm in front of the neecle.

Check：

The tension of the elastic tape is too strong.

Adjustment：

Control it to a proper tension by the control box.

Check：

The presser foot or feed dog is worn.

Adjustment：

Change a new one.

Check：

The tension of the presser foot is too weak.

Adjustment：

Adjust to a proper tension.

Check：

The differential ratio is incorrect.

Adjustment：

Adjust the differential ration based on the materials of the fabrics.

◎ The elastic tape is visible.

Check：

The position of the fabric trimmer is incorrect.

Adjustment：

Adjust the overcast width based on the correct width first.

Check：

The position of P210 of the presser foot is incorrect.

Adjustment：

Adjust it by SK209 on P210.

Check：

The left/right position of FD127 is incorrect.

Adjustment：

Adjust it by SM435 on FD127.

Check：

The tension of the looper thread is too strong.

Adjustment：

Adjust it to a proper tension.

◎ The elastic tape cannot be fed into the guidance of the presser foot
　 normally.

Adjustments：

1. Check the guidance of the presser foot to confirm whether it matches the elastic tape width or not. The correct width can be done by loosening the screw on the presser foot to adjust the presser foot guide plate.
2. Check whether the height of the presser foot and the horizontal and lengthwise positions of the preser foot are correct. Adjust the screw as shown in the figure to get the correct positions.
3. Make sure the tape feeding step motor is right aimed at the guidance. Loosen the left/right position by adjusting the screw as shown in the figure.
4. The trimmer tip is too narrow, which makes the elastic tape jammed. When adjusting the elastic tape, please loosen the fixed nut, and rotate the main shaft of the air cylinder to adjust the trimmer gauge. However, please be noted that there should be an overlap of 1 mm when the upper and the lower trimers move across to each other. Then, tighten the nut.

◎ The elastic tape cannot be trimmed.

Adjustments：

1. Check whether the air pressure is enough .( 3KG～4KG)
2. Does the upper trimmer overlap the lower trimmer about 1 mm? Adjust the fixed nut. Loosen and rotate the air cylinder main shaft to adjust the knife gauge to be 1 mm.
3. The engagement of the upper and the lower trimmer is not enough. Loosen the screw and then tighten it a little in order to check whether the trimmer can trim the elastic tape or not. Meanwhile, please be noted that the engagement shall not be too tight. Otherwise, the trimmer and the air cylinder main shaft will be worn. Tighten the screw firmly after confirmed.
4. The trimmer is worn and broken down. Replacing the trimmer is needed.

◎ The step motor cannot function.

Adjustments：

1. Check if the power cord connects correctly..
2. The male/female plugs might fall off or doesn't plug well.
3. Check the fuse inside the electronic box to see whether it is broken or not.

◎ The sewing thread tension is not equal.

Adjustments：

1. Is the roller pressure proper? Is there any clearance of the roller?
2. The tension of the elastic tape is neither equal nor well.
3. The sewing speed is varied. Or, the fabric is pulled incautiously and as a result, the tension would be not even and equal.
4. For adjusting the roller pressure, loosen the screw and tighten it a little until reaching the proper pressure. Then, tighten the scerw firmly.
