◎ The elastic tape doesn't not be fed well. |
| Might be： |
1. Make sure that the two rollers, VWL08 and VWL14, stay close to each other tightly and horizontally in order to prevent the elastic tap slightly moving left or right.
2. The surfaces of the rollers, VWL08 and VWL14, are worn. As a result, the elastic tape cannot be held firmly.
3.The screw, SM612, on VWL11 is loosen or doesn't tighten well, which makes the roller cannot drive well.
4. The adjusted pressure of LF131 is too weak, which causes the elastic tape slipping during sewing.
5. The operator doesn't control the sewing materials well while sewing. |
